We ship to all EU countries. Standard shipping is free on orders over €50. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the EU. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
All Zenoplenar products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
